ReFrame Youth Mental Health Service
What is ReFrame?
ReFrame is a FREE service for young people aged 12-25 in the Wollondilly and Wingecarribee area. ReFrame is the provision of psychological therapies delivered by appropriately qualified mental health professionals for young people who experience barriers accessing Medicare Benefits Scheme (MBS) based psychological intervention, making optimal use of the available service infrastructure and workforce.
ReFrame is walk-in based and outreach, services are delivered by Youth Engagement Workers. We provide information, support and services for young people who are having a tough time managing:
- Stress
- Anxiety or worry
- Depression
- Feelings of sadness
- Physical health
- Family and relationships
- Study or work
How does ReFrame work?
The ReFrame Youth Mental Health service includes up to 12 hours of free support by a mental health professional, such as a Psychologist or Mental Health Accredited Social Worker, at a time, location and venue that suits you. The Youth Engagement Workers will also provide further assistance and are not included in the 12 hours of free support. The mental health professional will provide you with evidence-based and person-centred support to improve your overall wellbeing.

Anyone can refer to ReFrame and is not limited to General Practitioners. You can do this by way of our intake officer on:
