Macarthur Textile Network

We are a friendly, not-for-profit group linking people interested in textile and fibre art in Macarthur and beyond. We also hold an exhibition every second year. 

Find out what's happening in the world of textile art - spinning, weaving, art quilting, embroidery, knitting, fabric printing, basketry and so much more!

There is a joining fee and annual memberships fee.

Fellowship of Australian Writers (Wollondilly branch)

$4.00 each meeting and $40 annual fee

This is a small group of enthusiastic writers who enjoy the fellowship of like minded people. The group meets monthly to support and encourage each other to share knowledge and to improve writing skills. Workshops are held from time to time as well as writing competitions. Australian Red Cross Community Visitors Scheme

The Community Visitors Scheme provides volunteers to make regular visits to residents of aged care facilities or people living in their own homes receiving Home Care Packages. The benefits of having regular social interaction for people who are experiencing social isolation are numerous. It is a free and confidential service that assists people through their financial crisis and in developing money-managing skills for long-term rehabilitation.
